Why
should I choose Action Golf Nets & Mats
products over other
companies?
We
manufacture or directly import most of our golf nets
and, therefore, can sell you a high quality net at an
affordable price. On some golf nets, our retail
prices match our competitors wholesale rates.

What
is the difference between each of the nets you sell?
The
differences in the golf nets are basically the material
used and the net's strength. We sell nets for
casual practice and commercial/heavy-duty purposes.
The quality and durability of a golf practice net directly
correlates to the price of the net. In other
words, you do get a better net if you are willing to
pay more.

Why
do you sell "Frame Corners" instead of the
entire frame?
We
do this solely to save you money on shipping expenses.
The 10' steel poles (EMT - steel electrical conduit)
can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot and, if you
can not pick them up yourself, they will deliver them
to you. UPS will not ship anything over 9' long, so
these poles must be shipped by truck line if you
purchase them from us, which is very expensive.

What
is the difference between nylon and multifilament
polypropylene?
Nylon is
the strongest material. However, nylon may
shrink up to 13%, it soaks up rain water, and
eventually deteriorates through exposure to the sun.
Multifilament Polypropylene (MFP) is almost as strong
as nylon and does not shrink. Polypropylene is
naturally black, repels water, and holds up much
better in the sun than nylon.

How
do I decide which net is best for me?
Generally,
the Excel net is adequate for the average home user.
However, if you are a "big hitter" or
it will be used at a school or business, we recommend
the Pro Supreme net for extra durability.

How
do I decide which mat is best for me?
The Standard golf mat is fine for a grassy or gravel surface.
However, if it will be placed on a wood deck or
concrete surface, you will need the commercial grade
backing on the Commercial Poly or Premier Range golf mats to
absorb the shock and vibration of your shots. If
it will be getting a lot of usage, the Premier Range
golf practice mat will last longer because the turf is knitted to
the backing, instead of being tufted as in the
Commercial Poly.

Do
you make custom nets?
We do not
currently make custom golf nets. We offer cages
10'x10'x10', and 20'x10'x10'. We
also offer lengths of netting in 10' and 20' widths.
